I’m a Founding Builder in the Beanstalk Challenge™, the program created and owned by domain pioneer Rick Schwartz. Through the challenge I’m building two businesses on category-defining domain names: Violation.com and Astrologist.com.

Violation.com
A straightforward tool for anyone who has received a traffic ticket in the United States. Upload a photo or PDF of a speeding ticket or a camera notice, and Violation.com summarises the key details in plain language: dates, amounts, the issuing authority and the ways you can respond.
A complete, free astrology hub. Astrologist.com combines an AI astrologer you can ask about your birth chart and compatibility with a free birth chart generator and a library of more than 800 articles on signs, planets and chart interpretation.
For decades, the most valuable domain names on the internet were mostly held, parked and traded. The Beanstalk Challenge™ set out to change that by turning them into working businesses.
The Beanstalk Challenge™ is owned by Rick Schwartz, and it was his idea from the start. Known in the industry as “The Domain King”, Rick has spent more than thirty years buying and selling premium domains, with landmark sales such as Candy.com. In April 2026 he announced something new: instead of waiting for buyers, he would hand his domains to people who wanted to build on them.
The deal is simple. “We provide the domain. You provide the vision.” Builders get access to seven- and eight-figure domain names without paying for them, and earn a real stake through the work they put in. More than $200 million worth of domains was made available, with revenue-sharing arrangements ranging from 50/50 partnerships to builder-controlled projects.
Projects are reviewed by a panel of five well-known names from the domain world: David Castello, Ron Jackson, Ammar Kubba, Morgan Linton and Andrew Rosener. They judge on execution, growth, revenue potential, branding, traction and long-term viability. Domains that aren’t developed can be taken back and given to someone else.
The challenge is designed as a five-stage ladder with a prize at every rung, from a Bentley convertible for the first stage all the way up to an oceanfront home. The first finale is scheduled for November 2026 in Miami, at CloudFest Americas and NamesCon.
In September 2026, after the first round of clawbacks, Rick announced the Beanstalk Challenge™ Founders Club: the builders who stayed the course and turned their domains into live businesses. I’m proud that both Violation.com and Astrologist.com are part of it.
